This Privacy Policy explains what information ZerGirls ("the Service", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. ZerGirls is a free, advertising-supported game. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account identifier — the crypto wallet address you register with. This is how you log in and where your rewards are sent. We do not require your real name.
• Technical & usage data — your IP address, browser and device information, and activity timestamps. We use these to operate the Service and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse (for example multiple accounts, bots, or automated claiming from the same network).
• Gameplay data — your in-game balances, claims, referrals, and progress.
• Cookies & local storage — an essential session cookie keeps you logged in, and local storage remembers preferences. Third-party advertising partners may set their own cookies (see section 4).

We do not ask for or store your private keys, seed phrases, passwords to other services, government ID, or payment-card details.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the game, maintain your account, and send your rewards.
• To prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse, and to keep the Service secure.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure and sustainable service, and compliance with law.

3. How rewards are funded

The Service is funded entirely by advertising revenue. There are no deposits and no "invest to earn" — you never send us money. A portion of advertising revenue is returned to players as small crypto rewards.

4. Advertising and third parties

We display advertisements from third-party networks and use third-party services to operate. These parties act independently and may collect data (including through cookies, device identifiers, and your IP address) under their own privacy policies, which we do not control:

• Advertising networks — for example ZerAds, Adsterra, and HighPay — to show ads and offers.
• Payment delivery — your rewards are sent on-chain via the public blockchain network.
• Price data — public market-price sources (for example CoinGecko); these requests do not include your personal data.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service — to deliver your rewards, and where required by law or to protect against fraud, security threats, or harm. Note that blockchain transactions are public by nature.

6. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account exists and as needed for security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account (see section 7); some minimal records may be kept where we are legally required to or to prevent abuse.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example in the EU/EEA or the UK under the GDPR, and in other regions with similar laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

The Service is operated and hosted on servers that may be located outside your country. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
