These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ZerGirls ("the Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

ZerGirls is a free, advertising-supported game. The "mining" in the game is a simulated in-browser game loop — it does not use your CPU or GPU to mine cryptocurrency and does not run any hidden miner. Rewards are small amounts of real cryptocurrency paid from advertising revenue.

The Service is not an investment, security, savings, or financial product. There are no deposits — you never pay us or send us funds, and there is no "invest to earn". Rewards are a free bonus, not a return on any payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is lawful where you live. The Service is not available where it is prohibited by law.

3. Accounts and fair use

You are responsible for the wallet address you register and for keeping access to it secure. To keep the Service sustainable and fair, you agree not to:

• create or operate more than one account per person or household;
• use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any tool to claim rewards or interact with the Service automatically;
• use VPNs, proxies, or other means to evade limits, location checks, or anti-fraud controls, or to farm rewards;
• manipulate the referral system, advertising, or offers, or attempt to claim rewards you did not legitimately earn;
• interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service.

If we reasonably believe an account has breached these rules, we may withhold or reverse rewards, forfeit balances, and suspend or terminate the account.

4. Rewards

Rewards are discretionary and deliberately small. They are subject to minimum-claim thresholds, cooldowns, daily caps, and anti-abuse checks, all of which we may change at any time. Reward rates and game mechanics may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued without notice. Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value and are delivered on-chain through a public blockchain network whose availability we do not control.

5. Advertising and third-party content

The Service shows advertisements and offers from third parties and may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, offers, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost rewards, lost balances, lost profits, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and remove any unclaimed or disputed balances, at our discretion — in particular where we detect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated. Any dispute will be handled on an individual basis and, to the extent permitted by law, not as part of a class or collective action. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as shown by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
